Dhyana Dubai is partnering with "The Oberoi Hotel" in Business Bay to host special classes outdoors for The Dubai Fitness Challenge on 7 November, Saturday by the sundeck pool of The Oberoi Hotel. Dhyana Dubai Certified Pilates Instructor, Siri, will lead you through a 60-minute Mat Pilates class at 3:30 PM, a floor-based workout that increases core strength and flexibility. A special Kundalini yoga set and sound journey with Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer & Wellness Mentor Nancy Zabaneh will lead us into the sunset with a dedicated movement, breath, and sound current series accompanied by the soulful vocals of talented Kirtaneer Sneha Arora. This event will be outdoors and is limited to 15 participants per class to ensure proper social distancing. Pre-registration is required.

What is Yoga ?
